Narrative for Battle Cry (#49)

Though originally called “Don’t Look Back”- I am sticking with *BATTLECRY*, the title I gave it the moment it was finished. I did this during chemo- partly why it has never been offered for sale. I believe i may be the red entity riding on the “Picasso Legs” turning back to summon the troops into battle. I seem to have given myself breasts? The dark smear across chest is the cancer (if i remember correctly).

I gonna need them ALL now! Soldiers of Love! I am in no shortage 🙂 Three stages- beginning in 2008 or 9 and then a year ago. Then a day ago. Time shrinking? Final Skin has that odd professor-looking character on right side. Dude in bow-tie is a trip.

Those that attended will remember flatter color. Much nicer flow now. I remember riding those Picasso legs into town. I love how it simultaneously suggests a landscape while standing up in a 4″ deep plane – the trick is to hold it up tonally, evenly almost like a pattern while maintaining the Figurative plausibility. I caught a missing tone and now it feels almost aquatic.
